All images shown on this site are for representation purpose only. All flowers are natural products and each of them are unique

and each flower product is made by hand. Therefore, there will not have two orders look exactly the same. Flowers may vary

slightly in size and color to those images at our website/all online channels. There are not faults and we cannot accept

exchanges/returns/refunds if you are unsatisfied with the coloring of individual flowers. Due to seasonal availability, some of the

flowers may be replaced by another flowers with equal quality, price & beauty by our florist. Kindly reminded that those images

are not to scale so we have provided approximate dimensions for all items to guide you on your choice of size. By accepting all

the Terms & Conditions at our website, you accept that there may be variations between images and our product produced.

We will take good care of each flower to ensure that every items are leaving us is in a very perfect condition. We can't guarantee

freshness for each item that have not been take care of properly. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for any issues

regarding your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
