About Online Orders & Delivery


1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. 

Please review all the information carefully, including the delivery address and recipients details. 

2. Then, we will call you within 24 hours to confirm the order as well.

3. If you want to make any changes of your order, please contact us within 24 hours 

via whatsapp by +852 9523-3231 after you made your order.

4. Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final.

5. Our delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday.

6. For the cut-off times of placing your orders for delivery are as follows:

  • For Monday to Saturday (Excluding Sunday and Public Holidays):

  • If order on Monday, we will prepare for 3 working days and the earliest delivery date would be on Friday.
  • For Sunday and Public Holidays:
  • If order on Sunday, we will prepare for 4 working days and the earliest delivery date would be on Friday.


1. All deliveries are scheduled between 9am-7pm. If a specific delivery time is out of this period of time, please contact us before 

placing  your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may required.

2. Delivery charges calculated at checkout apply to one product only. If you purchases of multiple products to one delivery 

address, additional charges may apply which depends on the size of your order. Please contact us by +852-9523-3231 for any 

queries before placing your order.

3. Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted period of time, unforeseen delays may occur due to 

traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated period of time due to fault of our 

own, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge. 

4. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to delivery district. For delivery to locations that are not available at 

checkout, please contact us directly to communicate individual delivery schedule and charges detail.

5. Kindly remind to provide the full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept 

the delivery during the allotted period of time. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the 

delivery location. 

6. If the order of delivery is unsuccessful, the order will return to us. The sender has to provide the correct information and we 

will do the 2nd delivery again with additional delivery fee.

7. In the case of Typhoon 8 (Or Above) or Black rainstorm signal being hoisted, delivery services will be all suspended at once.

8. All images shown on this site are for representation purpose only. Flowers may vary slightly in size and color to those 

images at our website/all online channels. Flowers are natural products and each bouquet is uniquely made 

by hand, therefore there will not have two orders look exactly the same. These are not faults and we cannot accept exchanges. 

Besides, due to seasonal availability, some of the flowers may be replaced by another flowers with equal quality, price & beauty 

by florist. Kindly reminded that those images are not to scale so we have provided approximate dimensions for all items to 

guide you on your choice of size.

9. All flowers are natural products. We will take good care of each flower to ensure that every items are leaving us is in a very 

perfect condition. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for any issues regarding your order. Due to the perishable 

nature of our products, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
